 Tronjen
is one of the independent companies that form Nam Liong Group. When Nam
Liong started developing textiles and shoe materials, they realized that
for mass production and future development, the management couldn't
depend on only one enterprise. Since then, it has set up 38 professional
companies and factories. Tronjen Technology was set up in 1985 and
specializes in the non-woven field such as insole cloth, lining
cloth,
and LKK fiberboard. We also carry a line of plain-woven materials and
use special lamination to create special textiles and packages, and also
develop recycled textiles and different kinds of mesh. Expanding our
field we have also started three additional departments: Medical
Department (ComfoPore), Stationery Department (Hojo) and Computer
Briefcase Department (LKK).
The area of the Taiwan factory is 5,950 square meters and the floor
space of the building is 11,901 square meters. The area of the China
factory is 32,397 square meters and the floor space of the building is
16,259 square meters. We have six shoe material production lines, two
computer briefcase production lines, one stationery production line,
five medical material production lines and other accessory processing
equipment. We also have an R&D center. In the future, Taiwan will
become the Asia -Pacific operating center for shoe materials and medical
materials. When Taiwan and China enter the WTO, our China factory will
be the shoe material production center and stationery and computer
briefcase sales center. We will use e-commerce as the structure and
door-to-door service as our sales and service channel.
At this time we are ISO 9002 certified in China and ISO 9001, CE, EN
46001,GMP, and Green Mark certified in Taiwan. In the future, we will use
biotechnology as our main object to achieve advanced developments.
