Insole Cloth   and   Shock absorption
         Tronjen has developed several revolutionary materials to be used as strobel insoles in sport shoes. They overcome many of the weaknesses of the traditional cellulose insole boards (stiffness, not washable, decompose easily etc.). Many of our materials are also environmentally friendly, for example the D-107 and the D-10 series (made from post consumer fabrics or recycled Pet flakes).
         In 1997, Tronjen also developed a new shock absorption insole by combining Poron with recycled strobel material. Several benefits are achieved, for example they are very comfortable and the shock absorption protects you from injuries. Also, when a top cloth is laminated on to the insole, there is no need for a sockliner. This saves time and money during production. The near zero compression set of Poron guarantees that the insole will keep its comfortable shape for a long time and will continue to fit your foot well.
Breathable Adhesion
Because of the fully-closed back glue, the generally traditional products of self-adhesive have bad permeability, even non-breathability. But now, we've developed a new process to make our product (Permeable self-adhesive cloth) coated with irregular dotted glue, which is different from the traditional ones coated with non-permeable glue. Through this process, our product has excellent breathability, good quality, and is simple for application. It increases comfort level in shoes, and decreases bad smell in those ones. So, it will upgrade the competition of your shoe products.
Recycle Textile
     The demands for greener products are prevailing all over the world. It is every individual's responsibility to protect hte environment and make our earth a better place for us, and our children to live in. We at Tronjen feel strongly about this particular issue, and our R&D team has worked hard over the years to develop a series of Recycled Products.
     The yarn used in our Recycled Products is reprocessed from waste fiber, fabrics, and cotton during yarning, weaving and dyeing. The ingredients in this yarn are basically polyester, rayon, and cotton, but in various proportions. It is similar in appearance to linen and canvas, and it also has the same chracteristics of excellent absorption, permeability, and durability. It does not tear or burst easily.    Also, the price is stable and it is readily available due to the ample supplies of waste materials.
     Our Recycled Products fall into two categories. The original series is made without any additional dyeing and show the original color (same as its waste predecessor). A dyed series is now also available for those in pursuit of more variety in colors.
     As a member of the shoe industry, we are committed to participating in the environmental protection cause. We will continue to work to adjust product structure, minimize contamination during production, and to develop new ecological products by using waste resources.
